Oop Oop! Who’s the Dentist? is published by Park Charter LLC. We designed Chapter One to work without an account, advertising, analytics, or gameplay tracking.

The iPhone app

The app does not ask you to create an account and does not collect or send your gameplay activity, identity, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, health information, or advertising identifiers to Park Charter LLC.

Case progress, settings, puzzle ranks, and Gold Crowns are stored only on your device. You can erase them from Game Menu → About & Privacy → Erase all progress. Deleting the app also removes its local data, subject to your device backup settings.

Purchases and advertising

Version 1.0 contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. If a later version offers optional chapter purchases, Apple will process the transaction. We will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before that feature is released.

The website

The public game and support website may cause its hosting and network providers to process ordinary technical request information—such as an IP address, device/browser details, and security logs—to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Park Charter LLC does not use the site for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.

Children

The game is general-audience entertainment and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app’s features change. A new effective date will appear at the top. For privacy questions or deletion requests involving information you believe you sent outside the app, use the contact method on our Support page.
