Need a hand with the case? These fixes solve the most common problems without risking your completed clues.

Progress and saves

The game autosaves on your device after important story and puzzle events and when the app moves to the background. Choose Continue on the title screen to resume. Save & Title creates a checkpoint and returns safely to the title screen.

Leaving a puzzle

Open the fixed top menu and choose Exit puzzle. Completed story progress stays intact. You can retry the puzzle later or use an available assist.

Resetting

Restart Chapter One resets the current story while preserving settings, earned ranks, and Gold Crowns. Erase all progress is a separate confirmed action under About & Privacy.

Reporting a problem

In the game, open Game Menu → About & Privacy and copy the build information. Include the room or puzzle name, what you tapped, what happened, and your iPhone/iOS version.
