These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the iPhone app.

Entertainment only

Oop Oop! Who’s the Dentist? is a fictional comic puzzle game. Its characters, clinics, records, diagnoses, tools, treatments, and events are fictional and are not dental or medical advice.

License and acceptable use

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to play the game on supported devices under Apple’s rules. Do not redistribute the app or its assets, bypass platform protections, interfere with the service, or use the game unlawfully.

Availability and updates

Features, puzzles, and future chapters may change. We may correct defects, improve accessibility, or discontinue online availability. Chapter One’s local save data can be lost if the app is deleted or device data is erased.

Ownership

The game’s original characters, artwork, writing, music system, interface, and code are owned by or licensed to Park Charter LLC. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
